Payment Terms

All payments for services are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement and this Refund Policy. Fees paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Service Fees

Payments made for consultation, recruitment support, staffing solutions, healthcare RCM services, outsourcing services, or customized business consulting may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

Recruitment Services

Fees paid for recruitment or staffing services are generally non-refundable once candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, or hiring-related activities have begun.

Any replacement guarantees or service commitments, where applicable, will be governed by the signed client agreement.

Healthcare RCM & Consulting Services

Due to the customized and operational nature of healthcare revenue cycle management, consulting, and outsourced support services, payments are non-refundable once implementation, onboarding, or service execution has started.

Subscription / Retainer Services

For monthly retainers, recurring service contracts, or long-term support agreements, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms will be governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a payment is made in error or duplicated, the excess amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification.

Refund Review Timeline

Any eligible refund request will be reviewed within 7–14 business days, subject to documentation and verification.
